BeBuzz is intended for users aged 13 and over. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Where we have actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from that user. Our protections for users between 13 and 16, where additional GDPR requirements apply, include verifiable parental consent where required, limited data collection, parental access and control mechanisms, age-verification measures at signup, content moderation tailored to younger audiences, educational resources for parents and guardians, and continuous monitoring for compliance.
